Securing luxury events and special events
Special events are events that require special attention in regards to their security system.
Whether it is a private and intimate event, a luxury event, a conference or a launch of a new product, or whether it is a sensitive event with a high level of classification, we at Avigdor 226 know how to give you the most comprehensive security solution for your event!

What is a special event, and what are the possible security situations in these type of events?
Private events:
Weddings, birthdays, celebrations, private conferences, and more. These are usually intimate events, which are not open to the general public, but are invitation only events.
Luxury events:
Luxury product launches, fundraising evenings, organization conferences, company events, political party events, etc.
The possible security situations in these type of events are the intrusion of unwanted and uninvited parties into the event premises and disruption of the normal program of the event.
Low signature or high classification events:
Sensitive events, sometimes with the participation of public figures or VIPs. Due to the nature of the guests and/or participants in the event, the organizers of the event will strive to keep it “under the radar”, in order to prevent provocations, protests, gatherings, and of course risk to the VIPs.
What does the security package for private events, luxury events and special events from Avigdor 226 include?
1) Gathering intelligence, planning the security system, adapting it to the nature of the event, and real time supervision on the ground during the event.
This stage is entrusted to our security manager our company’s coordinator, who personally manages the event from the beginning to the end. The security manager deals with everything related to the preliminary planning of the event, gives a briefing to all of the personnel of the security system, coordination between all the relevant authorities on the day of the event (production personnel, representatives of the VIP’s, security forces, etc.), and monitoring of what is happening on the ground during the event, both in the company’s operational headquarters and also in the field.
2) Division into the security circles, and their adaptation to the nature of the event and the customer’s requirement:
The wide circle, which includes security guards and ushers, hidden or visible and presentable. The security guards and ushers are in charge of regulating entry to the event, confirming orders and preventing the entry of unauthorized parties, and providing a first response to each event.
The inner circle also includes security guards and ushers, hidden or visible, who are stationed in key positions in the event complex – security for the check safe at the wedding, security for the VIP’s room, observation posts, and more.
The close circle – experienced and professional security guards, who accompany the VIPs throughout the course of the event, from a distance or through tight close security, according to the client’s requirements.
